Check It by MAS · National Dashboard
The in-app analytics roll up per program and per goal, so there's no single national number. This view fills that gap for 2026: platform-wide active members by quarter, the monthly trend behind it, and where activity lives across programs.
The relaunch push lands in Aug–Sep: monthly actives jump from single digits to 27–29.
“Active” depends entirely on the window you pick — that's why the portal shows a per-program figure, not one national total. Platform-wide: 34 active this quarter, 32 in the last 30 days, 22 in the last 7 days. A figure like 17 is almost certainly one program (or one week), not the whole platform — for the national team, quote the quarterly or last-30-day number.
There's intentionally no hard delete — a program has groups, goals, members and months of check-in history attached, and deleting would orphan or destroy that record. Hide is the tool: it drops the program from active lists while keeping the data reportable. Safe candidates (zero activity ever):
Don't hide MAS Chicago. It's dormant in 2026 but had 41 members active historically — a re-engagement target, not a dead program. Chicago (148 enrolled, 4 ever active) is the true bulk-import ghost.
The full arc of the project: nearly four years, 450 registered accounts, and 22,002 check-ins logged. Engagement climbed to a clear peak in 2025, softened in early 2026, and is now rebuilding on the back of the relaunch.
New sign-ups per year: 8 · 91 · 165 · 143 · 43. Registration has always outpaced activation — a recurring onboarding gap.
The single strongest year was 2025: 87 active members and 14,356 check-ins — more than every other year combined. 2026 softened (41 active, 3,415 check-ins year-to-date), then the Aug–Sep relaunch bent the curve back up (monthly actives jumped to 27–29). Read 2026 as recovery in progress against a 2025 benchmark, not as the ceiling. A note on 2024: 165 people signed up but only 6 checked in — big roster imports, little activation, the exact pattern the relaunch is meant to fix.
Of 127 members who ever engaged, 26 came back across two or more years — a small but real core that has stayed with the app since before the relaunch.
